- To guide and counseling the trainee teachers about their Problems related to family , medical,educational,financial etc.
- To arrange Guest Lecture Series On Career Opportunities in Teaching Profession and other fields.
- To arrange /organise Training Programs/Seminars/Workshops on Soft Skill Development , Presentation Skills,General Communication Skills, Job Interview Skills , Personality Development , Child Psychology.
- To arrange Campus Interview / Campus Selection Program.
- To organise Training and Guidance Programs for SC/ST/OBC, Minority and Weaker section.
- To orient the trainees for competitive examinations.
- To guide for placement in various fields.
